DESCRIPTION:Photo: Private \nThe Research Group for EU/EEA Commercial Law and Bergen Centre for Competition Law and\nEconomics (BECCLE) are pleased to invite you to a seminar with senior advisor at the Swedish\nCompetition Authority\, Katharina Voss\, Thursday the 22nd of August at the Faculty of Law\,\nUniversity of Bergen. \nVoss defended her PhD thesis entitled “Between Enforcement and Regulation. A Study of the System\nof Case Resolution Mechanisms used by the European Commission in the Enforcement of Articles\n101 and 102 TFEU” in April 2019. At the seminar\, Voss will talk about her research and the main\nfindings of her thesis. In her thesis\, Voss examines the current design of the system of case resolution\nmechanisms used by the European Commission where an infringement of Articles 101 and 102 TFEU\nis suspected.
