SUMMARY:Sustainability and competition law – a conflict?
DESCRIPTION:Professor Maarten Pieter Schinkel \nA more sustainable society is needed to slow down and ultimately reverse the rapid climate change. For firms to become more sustainable\, they are often encouraged to join forces for example by entering sustainability agreements.
