Peder Sather 2016 – Conference on industrial organization and health economics

BECCLE is pleased to announce the 2016 Peder Sather Conference on Industrial Organization and Health Economics.

May 23-24 BECCLE is co-organizing the 2nd Peder Sather Conference in Industrial Organization and Health Economics. The conference is jointly organized by the Norwegian School of Economics, UC Berkeley and BECCLE, and will take place at NHH. The conference program includes top international and Norwegian scholars in economics.

The conference organizers are Ben Handel (UC Berkeley), Richard Gilbert (UC Berkeley), Eirik Gaard Kristiansen (NHH/LEMO), Steffen Juranek (NHH/LEMO) and Morten Sæthre (NHH/BECCLE). The conference is co-organized with Bergen Center for Competition Law and Economics (BECCLE).

Academic program
The conference starts 9:00 am Monday May 23th and ends at 5.15 pm Tuesday May 24th. Presenters should plan 30 minutes to describe their papers. Following each presentation, there will be 10 minutes for discussion, introduced by a discussant (10 minutes). The conference will take place at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), Auditorium Karl Borch.
