Ignacio Herrera Anchustegui with contributions to the Routledge Handbook of Energy Law

This spring saw the publication of The Routledge Handbook of Energy Law, where BECCLE-member Ignacio Herrera Anchustegui has contributed with several chapters (Chapters 6, 7 and 8), as well as functioned as editor.

The publication provides a global survey of Energy Law, covering the essential and relevant issues in Energy today. Ignacio Herrera Anchusteguis contributions covers the topics of Regulation of electricity markets in Europe in light of the Clean Energy Package: prosumers and demand response (Chapter 6), Uses and abuses of EU competition law in energy (Chapter 7) and The role of State aid law in energy (Chapter 8).
